The shoes look great, but they did not fit my ankles well, the strap was too short. Unfortunately, I ended up returning them, but I wish they would fit!!!

It specifically says on my receipt, Satin Pumps. I received not satin chunky heel large shoes. Requested refund. Denied. She stated that I didn't customize it? No option on page to even do so. Will be opening case and reporting seller.

The heel type shown in the photos and the size you requested was sent to you. As a special request, you can specify that you want thin heels. It is clearly stated that there are no refunds, it is your responsibility to check this.
